Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia)
Frost hardy. From early to late summer, long-stalked spikes with small, fragrant violet flowers rise above narrow gray-green leaves. Long flowering perennial. Different varieties flower at different times. Prefers well-drained soil. Full sun. Highly attractive to all pollinators.
Height: 1 to 3 feet (30-90cm)

Sun: Full Sun (6 to 8 hours a day). Can tolerate Partial Shade esp in hotter climates
Soil: Dry to Medium Dry (well-drained soil sandy or gravelly soil). Does not like wet or mucky soil.
