A hardy, upright, semi-evergreen perennial native to the Pacific Northwest, featuring vibrant blue-to-purple, tubular flowers in summer.Native to moist meadows, rocky areas, and stream banks, ranging from the coast to subalpine regions.

Sun: Thrives in full sun to partial shade. It needs at least 5 hours of direct sun but appreciates some afternoon shade in extremely hot climates.

Soil: thrives in moist, well-drained soil, preferring a loamy or rocky texture that does not stay waterlogged.

Height: 12-24 in. tall (30-60cm)

Spread: 10-12 in. wide (25-30 cm)

Garden Design:

Use in rock gardens, along pathway borders, in, or in habitat-focused, native gardens. They work well in containers, as the 1-2 foot plant can create a "spiller" effect.
